RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Merchandise may be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused & in brand new, resellable condition. We provide gift receipts that allow for an exchange or store credit for up to 45 days if requested.

Car seats, swimwear, cloth diapers, nursing bras and tanks, undergarments, breast pumps and accessories are final sale due to safety and hygienic reasons.

Return shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. All purchases can also be returned in store.

Please email CRAVINGS at orders@shopcravings.ca to request a return for online orders prior to shipping the return back to us. Please include "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3-4 business days from the time an order is placed for items to ship from CRAVINGS. You will receive a tracking number when your purchase has shipped.

Please note we currently only ship within Canada. We do not ship to the United States at this time.
